She uses a client-centered approach to work with you to determine the best path forward for healing and growth. Kristin is level 3 trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, and draws from internal family systems theory and narrative principles in her work with individuals. Kristin believes that relationships hold extraordinary power in our lives, and works with both couples and individuals to harness that power.
